Description:
Dragon Ball Z Gaiden Saiya-jin Zetsumetsu Keikaku: Dr. Raichi, a survivor of the Tuffle race that was eliminated from Planet Vegeta by the Saiyans, is trying to take revenge on the surviving Saiyans by killing them and Earth's population.
